Pumpkin Pie Spice: Since autumn is upon us, I thought share this spice blend with you. Whenever a recipe calls for the typical blend of fall spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. Toss in a couple of teaspoons of this homemade pumpkin pie spice.

Yield: about 5 tablespoons
Ingredients:

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons nutmeg
1 ½ teaspoons ground allspice
1 ½ teaspoons ground cloves

Directions: Combine spices in a small bow, mix well to combine. Store in a small jar or spice container.
